Use of the site

You may browse and use buildin.fun for your own lawful use. You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with the website, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Products

buildin.fun lists a mix of free, open-source, and paid products. Free and open-source products are governed by their own licenses and terms, which are linked from each product. Paid products sold through buildin.fun are covered by these terms.

Some products listed here are sold through separate stores with their own terms and refund policies. For those products, the terms on the product's own website apply — see MacGrid Terms and TovoType Terms.

Merchant of record

Our order process for paid products is conducted by Creem, our online reseller and merchant of record. Creem provides payment processing, invoicing, and tax handling. Creem's buyer terms also apply at checkout.

Purchases

Paid products are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page. After a completed purchase, delivery and access details are sent by email. License keys, where applicable, are personal to the purchaser and should be kept private. Sharing or abusing a license key may result in suspension or disablement of that license.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, together with any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.

Availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of buildin.fun at any time. We aim to keep the website and products available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

buildin.fun is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
